    Kenmore 30 Electric Range January 05, 2012

    Wife loves the range,oven is huge beautiful for cooking.Oven cooks nice and even,convection. Glass top is nice but does scratch easily be careful. Bottom drawer is very flimsy  should have been built sturdier. Did check out other ranges it still was a better deal and better looking  then  other makes.

    Attractive & works great, but easily damaged February 02, 2011

    Bought this oven in December, skimmed through the owners manual to see how everything works. I lined the bottom with aluminum foil like all other ovens I've owned in the past. The first time I used it the foil stuck to the bottom and now I cannot get it off. To boot, every time I cook a yummy meal the lovely smell is masked by a burning metal smell. When purchasing the oven and when it was delivered, I was never warned about this (and with it being such a common thing, I'm sure I'm not the only one that this has happened to). Of course, upon closely reading the 40 page manual, there is one sentence telling me not to use aluminum foil to line the oven that I easily missed. Therefore, Sears customer service will not do anything to fix the oven. Bottom line, the oven itself gets 4 stars. Very attractive (or mine used to be), and it works great. Sears customer service and educating the consumer on the product gets 0 stars.

    Recently upgraded to all stainless steel appliances, and chose this Kenmore Range to replace our white one. Loving the look of the range - it is beautiful! Yes, it gets fingerprints, but using the stainless steel wipes is quick and easy. We have enjoyed cooking with the new range - it is working great!

    it is very hard to clean and the up keep is impossible I will never buy a flat top range again because this one looke about 5 years old and is only 6 months or less not impressed at all. I have th fridge and it is great so just a personal choice I guess.

    We remodeled our kitchen and went with all new appliances. We wanted a range that was not only easy to use, but had a lot of modern features. The turbo boil feature is great if you need to boil water in a snap. We love the convection baking and the air guard feature is great to remove odors. Of course the self cleaning feature is awesome as well. The many options of the cooktop burners and different applications make this range a winner! A phenomenal appliance at a great value! Kenmore is surely the king in ranges!

    So far it has worked perfect. A lot to learn. Bakes great. just a matter of getting used to it. Ask me a it in about 4 or 5 months. Then I can give you a better review. I will be more familiar with it. I know I got a bargain price wise, it's great...
